10-11 September 2019, Hall 10 – Brussels Expo

Following the cancellation of the trade show MoOD by Easyfairs, Fedustria, the Belgian federation of the textile, wood and furniture industries has taken the initiative to launch a new trade show for upholstery fabrics and interior textiles under the name “Decosit”. This initiative is taken on request of the textile companies, members of Fedustria. Decosit will take place in hall 10 of Brussels Expo on 10 and 11 September 2019. This means the revival of the world-famous Decosit fair and a return to the former name and venue.

International trade fair with a perfect timing

Decosit aims at attracting textile producers from across the globe and bring this unique fair back on the world map of trade fairs. Above all its timing is perfect, as explains Kris Vermoesen, Product Manager Textiles of Fedustria “Decosit is the only European fair in the Fall, and comes just in time for the winter collections and the furniture shows in the months of November, December, January and February. Gathering the major players from the furniture fabrics and interior textiles sector in the heart of Europe allows optimising networking opportunities and attracting new customers. This new initiative was positively welcomed also beyond the borders and the interest in participating is large”.

New concept

The stand surface can vary between 10 and 40 m² and requires only a minimum investment. The organisation takes care of all practicalities: stand construction, catering, ticket sales etc.
